Tip of the Week – Premade Salads

Hey all, so as you know one of my big behavior goals is eating more vegetables. Growing up in a Filipino household, most of what I ate definitely wasn’t veggies.

It took me a long time to develop a palette for them. A lot of the current digestive issues I’ve had, especially acid reflux over the past 2 years, has diminished greatly simply by increasing my intake.

This has allowed me to sleep comfortably after eating more fat and acidic foods (Bacon as of last night and salsa).

– Better sleep tends to better fat loss.
– Better digestion (decreasing negative symptoms: bloating, acid reflux, IBS, etc) tends to better fat loss.
