Team Fitness Training (Bootcamp) are the only classes that teach you how to customize EACH exercise to better suit your body, bringing you Personal Training like results with far less pain and suffering. Oh yeah, you’ll burn off more fat too and have a family environment that lets you be who you are without worrying if you need to fit in.

Then personal training is for you. Personal training is our premiere 1-on-1 program using Biofeedback to help you navigate your way through your body and help understand why nothing else worked in the past. Most likely you are one of those people that every little thing needed to be customized just for you AND NEVER WAS.
Some people don’t like big groups. No problem. Semi-Fitness Training is for you. There’s far less people (only 3 people per block of time allowed), meaning more personal attention is given to you and your needs, all the while still having a small support group around you to keep you motivated and on-track with your own training. Each person is still given their own personal program, as well as personalized exercise modifications, and personalized dietary advice.
