There’s differences between running programming versus improving running form. We’ll focus on improving 2 different running styles, which will allow you to run longer distances without undue pain throughout your ankles, knees, and hips.
Running isn’t just something anyone can do. In fact, many of the initial issues people face when first starting out in any commercial gym comes from running.
Most of the clients we meet start with running with a heel strike, which creates undue pain throughout the lower leg. Not something we want if we want to promote fat loss!
