Semi-Private Fitness Training
Some people don’t like big groups. No problem. Semi-Fitness Training is for you. There’s far less people (only 3 people per block of time allowed), meaning more personal attention is given to you and your needs, all the while still having a small support group around you to keep you motivated and on-track with your own training. Each person is still given their own personal program, as well as personalized exercise modifications, and personalized dietary advice.

Body Weight Training
Most of life is learning about either controlling an object (hence why Strength Training is so important), but also controlling yourself. Can your bones and joints take any fall? Can you safely land from a jump or hop? Can you safely maneuver yourself off a curb? Can you easily get up off the ground? Can you run around easily without hurting your ankles, knees, and hips whether through sports or just playing with your children? Bodyweight training helps you take ownership of your body, so you can safely navigate the crazy world of life without worrying that you’ll hurt yourself and not be able to take care of yourself or your family.
It’s actually really hard to bulk up, but often strength training is often confused for bodybuilding. We are here to dispel that myth all the while teaching you everything you need to not only be SAFE when you lift; but learn the importance of progression and rest, and how important that is for continued, sustainable FAT LOSS!
Cardio isn’t just about running and walking or feeling like you’re out of breathe. Cardiorespiratory training is your ability to repeat set movements patterns over an extended period of time and getting so good, you don’t even get tired at all. The problem is most people train cardio to get tired, and that is far from how you develop the Cardio capacity to outlast. Better yet, learning to properly do Cardio, brings benefits to not only your heart, and blood pressure; but speeds up your fat loss too!
